2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new OmniEditor subscription purchases (both monthly and annual plans). If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@omnieditor.shop from the email address you used to make the purchase. Please include your order number (which you can find in your purchase confirmation email) and briefly state the reason for your request so we can learn and improve.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method (PayPal).

4. Exceptions and Clarifications

  • Renewals: This refund policy does not apply to subscription renewals. We will send a reminder email to you 7 days before your subscription is scheduled to renew, giving you an opportunity to cancel before the charge is made.
  • Trial Plans: One-day trial plans are generally non-refundable, but we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
